Creativity has been my passion from day one, and it naturally evolved into a love for UI/UX design and research.
I passionately believe in human-centered designs, after all, what’s the value of a product without happy users? :)
Understanding diverse perspectives is key to empathy in UX, which is why I explore new places, hobbies, and experiences to broaden my insight.
Through projects, courses, and internships, I’ve built strong UXD and research skills by conducting interviews, creating wireframes, testing usability, and turning insights into thoughtful, user-centered solutions.

2025

The Project
This research project focused on testing the usability of Wilfrid Laurier's 'Navigator', a central web application students use for career and extracurricular opportunities and guidance. The goal was to conduct an in-depth analysis, identify key pain points, and provide recommendations for improvement in user experience and usability.

Research Process
The research process involved interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and competitive analysis, alongside the development of user personas, empathy maps, and customer journey maps. Using both quantitative and qualitative methods, we gathered data from over twenty Wilfrid Laurier students.
This helped us identify major usability issues within the Navigator site, including unclear navigation, limited personalization, and inefficient task flows. These insights formed a strong foundation for our design solutions, aimed at improving user engagement and overall experience.
ReImagine LORIS, UX/UI Project
